- 2 bed / 1–2 bath — often around 2.5–3.5 hours.
- 3 bed+ — commonly 3.5–5+ hours depending on layout.
Deep clean or first visit after a gap
Expect roughly 50–100% longer than a regular clean while kitchens, bathrooms, and edges get brought up to standard. Heavily used kitchens and bathrooms are usually the bottleneck.
